I pretty much have to study at least 60 hours/week the coming eight weeks or so. Lately i've been feeling really tired and burnt out . I made sure to eat properly, exercise and sleep 8 hours. How do i manage it without. Also if it wasn't clear i'm a college junior, a history major wanting to teach high school. If you plan on leaving academia, where do you hope to end up? For academia, i never got the passion back, which is why i eventually left the . Is it the job insecurity?. People that burnout tend to drink coffee to stimulate them but don't really .
